Dr. Gary Bergman completed his medical training at the University of Michigan in 1961. He then trained in the specialty of Ophthalmology and completed his residency at Sinai Hospital in 1965. He is a fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology and American College of Surgeons, becoming board certified in 1967. He has participated as a leader in research and training with many of the areas trusted physicians.
With over 55 years of practice and attention to individual care, Dr. Gary Bergman has brought high quality trusted treatment to his patients. He has concentrated experience in the specializations of glaucoma, diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration, with cataract removal and care providing the best visual outcome. Dr. Gary Bergman’s patients and colleagues regard him as a gentle and kind friend which has followed him in his inspiring successful career.
